3. Languages allowed: English and Russian ONLY.

6. Minimum quality is 360p.
7. Entrants: Anybody from any Country, who are 13+.
8. Video length: max 10 minutes.

And don’t worry if Your YouTube account username is … simple word, name or last username. It’s not important at all. If You will make new account with brand new name – it won’t improve Your views. Just leave it. But if Your account was ‘limited’ several times – better create new one.
