- Video must be Your original work, created in 2010 and later.
- Languages allowed: English and Russian ONLY.
- NO violence, NO bad language.
- Video must be on YouTube.
- Minimum quality is 360p.
- Entrants: Anybody from any Country, who are 13+.
- Video length: max 10 minutes.
